This is the local detail most roofing pages skip. Most of Pearland sits in Brazoria County, with smaller parts in Harris and Fort Bend counties. Brazoria County is one of the 14 coastal counties in the state’s windstorm insurance area. Harris and Fort Bend parts of the city are not.
