Sales Representative – Asphalt & Paving Industry

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and residential markets.
  • Follow up on warm and cold leads to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project quotes and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by driving project leads and closing deals.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine project needs and develop detailed quotes.
  • Work closely with Foremen to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.
  • Coordinate scheduling of projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry training.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Experience in construction, asphalt paving, or sealing preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes, project management, and scheduling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Jobber.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven professional.
